In this role you will lead installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Eaton MV/HV equipment, acting as the primary contact for customers during project execution. You will mentor service engineers and collaborate with project teams to meet delivery targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead installation, commissioning, testing and fault finding of MV/HV equipment
- Serve as primary customer contact during project execution
- Support and mentor other service engineers to maintain safety and excellence
- Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction
Key requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
- Ability to test and commission large MV to HV installations
- Ability to perform protection relay programming
- Leadership and coaching abilities
- Strong IT literacy and attention to detail
- Problem solving and breakdown response
