What you’ll do

  • Support customers with installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of Eaton LV equipment.
  • Travel within the UK region to deliver commissioning, testing, maintenance, and SAT services for Eaton LV equipment in line with safety standards.
  • Act as the primary customer contact during site activities and installation projects.
  • Prepare RAMS, including arrangements for high-voltage and high-current testing.
  • Develop and execute SAT test plans based on specifications, drawings, and relay settings.
  • Perform LV testing and commissioning, including primary plant testing and functional testing of switchgear.
  • Interpret electrical drawings and challenge omissions where required.
  • Support project delivery by working closely with Project Management to meet timelines.
  • Lead on-site activities when required and support/coach other service engineers.

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Electrical qualifications with solid theoretical and practical knowledge of LV distribution systems (switchgear products).
  • High competence in LV testing, commissioning, and customer witness testing.
  • Ability to work independently, lead when needed, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away across the EMEA region.
