Overview

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across CFOps to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes. You’ll act as the change engine, removing inefficiencies and enabling scalable, cadence-safe close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance activities. Working with cross-functional pillars, you will design robust processes, enable automation, and build a lasting capability for ongoing improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean-based improvements across core CFOps processes (close, forecasting, RevRec, project finance) and identify root causes of inefficiency and cadence risk
  • Design processes resilient to peak periods and eliminate manual workarounds while maintaining control and auditability
  • Collaborate with BP, Deal Desk, and COE to improve handoffs and execution quality; clarify interfaces between pillars
  • Drive automation and system enablement by partnering with Finance Systems and IT to translate processes into scalable, system-based solutions
  • Build Continuous Improvement capability by establishing Lean practices, coaching teams, and creating a repeatable improvement pipeline

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A with hands-on process improvement delivery
  • Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma to financial processes in complex, multi-country setups
  • Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes
  • Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation
  • Ability to translate process improvements into system and control-compliant solutions
  • Strong execution focus and pragmatism; able to deliver change rather than just frameworks
  • Ability to influence without formal authority in matrix environments
  • Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset
