Overview
In this role you drive and deploy the Strategic Quality Plan across a site transitioning to a new greenfield facility.
You lead quality across manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and regulatory interfaces, ensuring compliant, reliable products for aerospace fuel systems.
You will shape the Quality Management System, oversee audits and process improvements, and partner with leadership to enable a smarter, future-ready operation.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution and deployment of the Strategic Quality Plan with plant leadership
- Provide Total Quality Leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal cells
- Drive continuous improvement in targeted areas and manage QA strategy to meet standards and customer requirements
- Manage customer quality interfaces, issue resolution, root cause and corrective actions
- Support Supply Chain with supplier quality data analysis and provide QA expertise to suppliers
- Develop and improve Quality Management Systems for new products, processes and services
- Audit internal Quality Systems and manage part approval documentation for new/modified offerings
- Analyze quality metrics, conduct managerial reviews, and close operational gaps
- Design and implement a Quality structure aligned with strategic business plans
- Develop QA training programs and deliver training on quality topics
- Participate in product development and launch activities, including APQP/Pro-Launch awareness
- Lead cross-functional process improvement teams and oversee process audits and inspection/test plans
- Monitor and report on Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) and coordinate with Corporate Quality
- Key requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis and related statistical tools
- Deep understanding of Eaton’s Supplier Quality Assurance and WISPER controls
- Strong experience with APQP and Pro-Launch in new product development
- Knowledge of quality registration schemes and certifications (ISO9001, ISO/TS-16949, AS9100, CAA Part 21, CAA/EASA Part 145, FAA, CAAC)
- Experience with process auditing techniques and EQMS or similar auditing framework
- Lean Manufacturing and variation reduction expertise
- Understanding of product design, reliability concepts, and testing requirements
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee supervisory/managerial responsibilities
