Overview
As an Estimating and Pricing Analyst, you will drive cost estimates and pricing strategies to support aerospace sales across UK sites. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare OE, engineering program, repair, and spares estimates, and to support negotiations and profitability. You will help streamline make/buy decisions, cost-down initiatives, and provide timely data for divisional reporting. This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional communication in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate estimates and pricing data to support business development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather costs and information
- Prepare estimates for OE supply, engineering programs, repairs/overhauls, and spares
- Set targets for completion of work in response to business needs
- Analyse customer offers and support pricing negotiations with customers and auditors
- Support cost-down initiatives and make/buy decision data preparation
- Produce monthly divisional reports and annual updates to price lists
- Communicate outputs clearly to stakeholders
Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3–5 years of estimating experience in manufacturing/aerospace
- Estimating experience highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of aerospace products, engineering development and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
