What you'll do

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
