We’re now looking for a detail‑driven and proactive HR Administrator/Analyst to deliver accurate, compliant and insight‑rich HR and payroll processes across the full employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do:In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the UK payroll data feed while supporting onboarding, absence analytics, holiday governance, medical assessments, leavers and work experience programmes. You’ll operate with autonomy, focusing on data integrity, controls, continuous improvement and enabling a seamless employee experience. This role supports three HR Business Partners on site and is ideal for someone with an HR, payroll or finance background who thrives in a matrix organisation and enjoys working with data. This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of July 2027.
Responsibilities:- Own and manage the end‑to‑end HR data feed into UK Payroll, ensuring accurate validation, reconciliation and resolution of payroll queries.
