We're now looking for MV Switchgear Commissioning Engineers to join our growing team. Are you a skilled and safety-conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality installation, commissioning and maintenance services across the UK.
What you'll do:
- Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
- Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
Skills:
- Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
- Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
- Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region
