b Overview /b p In this role you will drive the development and governance of the QMS within Eaton’s Services organization, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You will monitor quality performance, lead audits, and analyze data to support root-cause resolution and corrective actions. You will promote Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, deliver training, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality and customer outcomes.
