Eaton's IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator.
What you'll do:
- To manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.
- To manufacture a variety of sub-assemblies for use with Ultra's range of high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes in accordance with the individual's scope of approval.
- Setup tooling such as presses, drills, special to type tooling etc in accordance with controlled documentation, and in accordance with the individual's scope of approval.
- To ensure that all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
- To maintain training records in accordance with company procedure as evidence of work carried out.
- To assist in the training of other operators to help them achieve Approved Operator status.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with the relevant drawings, manufacturing instructions process sheets and specifications.
- Review your job progress on an annual basis with the objective of achieving continuous improvement. You will need to adhere and contribute to the advancement of the Company Mission.
- Maintain awareness and attend training courses as applicable for the purpose of the Company and self-development.
- Always adhere to Company Procedure.
- To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested
Skills:
- Familiar with Code of Practices and IPC620A Standards - not essential as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a precision assembly environment
