Eaton’s Aerospace business in Titchfield is recognized as an industry leader in aerospace fuel systems and a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The site offers extensive fuel and air system test facilities, allowing either complete aircraft fuel & inerting systems or components to be tested over a wide range of altitudes and temperatures with differing fuel types. We’re now looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our highly successful team. What youll do: Reporting to the Quality Director and leading a team of 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for executing the defined Strategic Quality Plan and providing quality assurance support to customers, suppliers, partners, and internal manufacturing cells. You will also participate in continuous improvement activities in targeted areas and execute the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations, and customer requirements.
