ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be knowledgeable about Scottish cuisine and culture, entertaining, engaging, and empathetic with all of our customers on tour
  • Manage the visits to our restaurant and food shop partners in the best way for our guests and our partners
  • Troubleshoot and think on your feet when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Small administrative responsibilities such as checking guests in and signing for numbers at the vendors
