As an Eating Europe food tour guide you will be trained and continually supported in giving a world-class experience to your guests.
We are currently looking for freelance food tour guides in Edinburgh, Scotland.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Be knowledgeable about Scottish cuisine and culture, entertaining, engaging, and empathetic with all of our customers on tour
- Manage the visits to our restaurant and food shop partners in the best way for our guests and our partners
- Troubleshoot and think on your feet when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Small administrative responsibilities such as checking guests in and contacting vendors before your tour begins
- Must have at least three days of availability a week, including weekend availability.
- You love Scotland, its food, its culture, and people
- You have a charismatic personality with a sense of humour and a deep passion for food and travel.
- You are a strong storyteller in English
