Kickstart your sales career. Revolutionise hospitality. Join our UK founding team. We’re on the lookout for a hungry, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join EatClub’s founding UK team. As one of our first hires in London, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth, booking meetings, driving pipeline, and helping top restaurants discover the power of our tech.
If you love fast-paced environments, are naturally curious and confident on the phone, and want to grow your career in a high-growth startup, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
EatClub is a fast-growing tech company with global ambitions. Co-founded by legendary chef Marco Pierre White and backed by top-tier venture capital, we’ve helped thousands of venues unlock new revenue through AI-powered dynamic pricing—the same strategy airlines and hotels have used for years. After dominating the Australian market, we’re launching in the UK, starting with London. This is a rare chance to join a proven startup at the ground floor of its international expansion.
As an SDR, you’ll introduce EatClub’s platform to new restaurant partners across London. Your mission is to book qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs), helping to build a strong pipeline and fuel our UK growth engine. You’ll work closely with your BDM, using data, insights, and great messaging to open doors with restaurants, pubs, and hospitality groups. Expect high energy, big targets, and a team that celebrates every win together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage hospitality decision-makers.
- Book qualified meetings for your paired BDM, ensuring they hit the ground running each week.
- Pre-load BDM calendars in new territories, helping us launch with impact.
- Follow a proven outreach process, calls, emails, and follow-ups, to drive conversion.
- Leverage our tech stack (including HubSpot, Gong, Zoom Phone) to work efficiently and track activity.
- Collaborate closely with your BDM and Sales Manager to hit weekly and monthly meeting targets.
- Build rapport with restaurant operators and clearly articulate EatClub’s value proposition.
- Stay on top of product updates, competitor trends, and industry changes.
About You
You don’t need years of experience, you need drive, curiosity, and hustle. We’ll train you on the rest. You’re someone who thrives on activity, doesn’t get knocked down by rejection, and loves the thrill of opening new doors.
You might be a great fit if:
- You’ve got 1–2 years of experience in a sales or outbound role (hospitality, call centre, or startup preferred).
- You love talking to people and can confidently pitch over the phone.
- You’re target-driven, resilient, and ready to outwork the competition.
- You’re organised, coachable, and motivated to improve every day.
- You’ve got a passion for hospitality, food, or tech (or all three!).
- You know your way around a CRM like HubSpot (bonus points).
What’s In It for You?
- Be one of the first UK hires at a well-funded, high-growth Australian startup.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped incentives.
- Clear path to promotion into BDM roles and beyond.
- Hybrid working – mix of WFH, office, and field-based work.
- Fun, tight-knit team culture with regular social events.
- Future opportunities for career progression across global markets.
