Co‐founded by world‐famous chef Marco Pierre White and backed by leading global VCs, we bring hotel‐style yield management to the restaurant industry, enabling venues to fill empty tables during quiet times and increase profitability. We recently launched in London and are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to grow and support our restaurant partnerships across the city.

About the Role

As an Account Manager you will drive restaurant success on the EatClub platform by optimising partner performance, improving retention, and growing revenue. You'll act as a strategic advisor, consulting on pricing, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a restaurant's bottom line. You will report to a Regional Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver real impact for your venues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurants across London
  • Use data and insights to improve venue performance and revenue
  • Guide partners through onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation
  • Identify commercial opportunities (e.g., upsells, marketing, integrations)
  • Build long‐term, trusted relationships with restaurant owners and managers
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally to shape the partner experience
  • Be out in the field – visiting venues and supporting them hands‐on

Who You Are

  • A natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial edge
  • Analytical – you can interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable in a high‐growth, startup environment where agility is key
  • Passionate about hospitality, tech, and helping businesses grow
  • Proactive, organised, and outcome‐driven

What You'll Need

  • 1–3 years' experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Proven track record working to retention or revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
  • A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle (field‐based role)
  • Hospitality, tech, or marketplace experience is a big plus

Want to Stand Out?

Submit a short Loom video (1–2 minutes) and tell us:

  • Your favourite restaurant in London and why
  • Why restaurants should be excited to join EatClub
  • Why you're excited to join the team

We're building something big – and we'd love for you to be part of it. Apply now and help bring EatClub to life in London.
