Coâfounded by worldâfamous chef Marco Pierre White and backed by leading global VCs, we bring hotelâstyle yield management to the restaurant industry, enabling venues to fill empty tables during quiet times and increase profitability. We recently launched in London and are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to grow and support our restaurant partnerships across the city.
About the Role
As an Account Manager you will drive restaurant success on the EatClub platform by optimising partner performance, improving retention, and growing revenue. You'll act as a strategic advisor, consulting on pricing, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a restaurant's bottom line. You will report to a Regional Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver real impact for your venues.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurants across London
- Use data and insights to improve venue performance and revenue
- Guide partners through onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation
- Identify commercial opportunities (e.g., upsells, marketing, integrations)
- Build longâterm, trusted relationships with restaurant owners and managers
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to shape the partner experience
- Be out in the field â visiting venues and supporting them handsâon
Who You Are

- A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle (fieldâbased role)
- Hospitality, tech, or marketplace experience is a big plus
