About EatClub
At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city's culture. Our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech. Our platform helps over 2 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 4,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue. Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team.

The Opportunity
EatClub is entering its most ambitious creative chapter yet, and we need a relentless, multi-format Content Producer to bring it to life. One day you might be in London shooting vox pops for TikTok, the next behind the bar with a restaurant partner capturing a case study, the day after that cutting performance assets for a Meta campaign or designing a social carousel. No two days look the same.

You are a digital storyteller and a true creative generalist. You can shoot, edit, appear on camera, design, and ideally write. You see AI as the most exciting creative unlock of your career and are already using it to multiply your output. You'll own ideas from concept through to delivery, get out into the world, and be measured on the work itself. If you want your work seen by millions, this is the seat.

Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and produce high-volume, social-native video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Shoot, edit, and appear on camera across formats including vox pops, street interviews, taste tests, case studies, creator-style storytelling, and trend-driven edits.
- Produce high volumes of performance marketing, CRM, and campaign assets, plus supporting design work like social carousels, infographics, and web visuals.
- Lean into AI tools across video, image, audio, and copy to multiply output and explore fully AI-led creative production.
- Manage content publishing and community engagement across platforms, actively interacting with audiences, creators, and restaurant partners to build relevance, conversation, and brand affinity.
- Stay embedded in internet culture and identify trends, formats, and stories worth telling across our customers, restaurant partners, and the cities we operate in.
- Collaborate with the Social & Content Lead, the wider marketing team, and external creators to bring priorities to life.
- Test, learn, and iterate based on performance and engagement signals.

What You Bring
- 3+ years experience producing content in a brand, agency, creator, or in-house environment.
- Strong video production fundamentals: comfortable behind the camera, in front of the camera, and editing on both mobile and desktop.
- Demonstrable AI fluency. You are already using AI tools in your creative workflow and excited to push further.
- Basic design skills and an eye for visual aesthetic, typography, and brand consistency.
- Copywriting ability is a strong plus. We love a generalist who can write a scroll-stopping headline as well as cut a Reel.
- Deep platform expertise across all social platforms, with strong instincts for trends, culture, and what makes content resonate at scale.
- An outgoing personality and the confidence to walk up to strangers, restaurant owners, and customers and get great content.
- Data-aware mindset, comfortable using performance signals to guide creative decisions.
- High ownership mindset and bias for action, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing the creative edge.

Maybe this role is not for you if
- You see yourself as a specialist in one discipline rather than a multi-format generalist.
- You are uncomfortable on camera or approaching members of the public.
- You are sceptical of AI tooling or unwilling to integrate it into your creative process.
- You need detailed briefs and long approval chains before you can create.
- You prioritise polish over speed and iteration.
- You are not deeply immersed in internet culture and platform dynamics.

Final Note
Even if you feel that you don't meet all the criteria above, we encourage you to apply. Past work experience is not the only indicator of future success, and we are on the lookout for hungry talent who wants to grow with us. So if you want to be a part of something remarkable, then we're excited to hear from you.
