  • Guide partners through onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation
  • Identify commercial opportunities (e.g., upsells, marketing, integrations)

  • Be out in the field – visiting venues and supporting them hands‑on

  • Comfortable in a high‑growth, startup environment where agility is key
  • Passionate about hospitality, tech, and helping businesses grow

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Proven track record working to retention or revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (field‑based role)
  • Hospitality, tech, or marketplace experience is a big plus

Want to Stand Out?

Submit a short Loom video (1–2 minutes) and tell us:
• Your favourite restaurant in London and why
• Why restaurants should be excited to join EatClub
