Earnings: £34,000 + service charge (up to £40k)

Location: London, EC2M 3YD

Contract type: Permanent, shifts falling between 7 am and 10.30 pm, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays, 40 hours per week. Overtime is paid.

As a Pizza Sous Chef, you will be an integral part of the back-of-house team, supporting the leadership of kitchen operations with a focus on delivering high-quality, authentic pizzas made from fresh ingredients. You will play a senior role in daily kitchen activities—overseeing dough preparation, managing pizza production during service, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation at all times. You will also be responsible for ordering and stock control, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and upskilling and training junior team members to support their development. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will take charge of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and upholding the restaurant’s standards.
