As a Pizza Maker, you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high-quality products. This vacancy is based in our Pizza alla Pala concept. Served on a wooden paddle, Pizza alla Pala is typical from Rome. The dough is hand-stretched on a wooden paddle before being cooked in the electric oven and then completed with the toppings.

Experience with mixing and shaping fresh dough is a key requirement for the role.

  • Experience with either wood fired oven or electric oven.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
