Team Member 30h - London Company Description Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather. Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN. Position Earnings : 12.71 service charge (up to 14.50h) Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : Permanent, 30 hours per week, shifts between 6am and 11pm. No fixed shifts are available. As a Team Member, you will be working in our Quick Service area. Located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street location, the Quick Service Restaurant department is divided into Piazza (where we serve pizza by the slice, salads, and pasta), and Grand Bar (our caf ). You will provide excellent customer service, take orders, process payments, ensure the seating area is always clean and tidy, and serve food. This is a front of house role and won't require you to work in our kitchens. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Working at the tills, taking customers' drinks and food orders, serving customers in a polite and friendly manner and processing cash and card payments. Portioning and packaging bread for sale. Ensure that seating areas are always clean and tidy, and replenish cutlery and condiments as needed. Replenish products in our displays and ensure accuracy of price and ingredients. Requirements Previous experience in busy quick service establishment. Strong communication skills and ability to keep calm under pressure. Previous experience working with handling payments. Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Availability to work flexibly between 6am and 11pm as we cannot offer set shifts or days off. Right to work in the UK. Fluent in English.
