As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather.
As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be working in our restaurants located on the first floor of our Liverpool Street store. You will support our restaurant and operations managers in overseeing the daily operations of the two areas, from setting up for morning rush to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures.
What You Will Be Doing…- Provide a steady leadership presence on the floor daily - monitoring guest service, food quality and team member performance.
- Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively.
- Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provides in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
- Escalates employee and guest incidents.
- At least 1 year of experience within a guest-facing establishment in a Supervisor or Head Server capacity, leading, and coaching a larger team.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Experience with opening and closing procedures.
- An outgoing and vibrant personality aimed at making our guests feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
- Availability to work flexibly between 9 am and 11 pm, as we cannot offer set shifts or days off.
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
