Contract type
Permanent, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 9 am and 11 pm.
As the QSR Supervisor you will be working across our Quick Service area and terraced restaurant.
Located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street location, the Quick Service Restaurant department is divided into Piazza (where we serve pizza by the slice, salads, and pasta), Cafeteria, and outdoor restaurant.
You will support our restaurant and operations managers in overseeing the daily operations of the two areas from setting up for morning rush, to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures.

- What You Will Be Doing…
- Provide a steady leadership presence on the floor daily - monitoring guest service, food quality and team member performance.
- Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively.
- Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provides in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
- Escalates employee and guest incidents.
- To ensure all team members have completed their daily duties before they clock out and leave their shift.
- Support management team in carrying out operational duties including but not limited to opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within a guest-facing establishment in a Supervisor or Head Server capacity, leading, and coaching a larger team.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Experience with opening and closing procedures.
- An outgoing and vibrant personality aimed at making our guests feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
- Availability to work flexibly between 6am and 11pm as we cannot offer set shifts or days off.
- Fluent in English.
