As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather.
This position requires experience working as a pizza chef with a wood-fired oven, and with mixing and shaping fresh dough. As a Pizza Maker you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high-quality products.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
- Experience making fresh pizzas including mixing, shaping, and proofing dough.
- Experience with either wood fired oven or electric oven.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to work flexibly according to a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends.
