Commis Waiter - London Company Description Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience.

As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather.

Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN.

Position Earnings : base of 12.71 service charge Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : minimum 30 hours per week, shifts falling between 9 am and 11 pm.

As a Commis Waiter/Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant you are assigned to.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to gain experience and develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and not require set days off.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support the waitstaff during service.

Bringing food and drinks from the pass and the bar to the guest's tables.

Setting tables pre-opening, post-closing and at the end of each guest's meal.

Clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing general assistance to customers.

Requirements Requirements At least one of year of experience working as a runner in a fast-paced restaurant environment or as a FOH team member.

Ability to be flexible and work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Willingness to support multiple teams.

Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Valid right to work in the UK.

Fluent in English.
