We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Butcher. Successful candidates will know about meat preparations, or cheese, and will be able to expertly support customers with their fresh produce purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their butchery needs, offering advice and recommendations where necessary.
  • Prepare fresh meat, including creating meat skewers, marinating meat, and other pre-preparation tasks.
  • Ensure the counters are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work alongside a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the counters and meet daily production needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across all products, ensuring the freshest offerings are available for our customers.

Requirements:
  • Have previous experience in a butchery, fishmongery, or similar food preparation role.
  • Be comfortable working with raw meats and fish, including pork, beef and more.
  • Please note that we are not a Halal company.
  • Possess a passion for fresh food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Be able to work efficiently and as part of a team, whilst maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
