As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather.

Position Earnings: £13.82 + 5% quarterly bonus

Location: London, EC2M 3YD

Contract type: Permanent, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 7 am and 9 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their butchery needs, offering advice and recommendations where necessary.
  • Prepare fresh meat, including creating meat skewers, marinating meat, and other pre-preparation tasks.
  • Ensure the counters are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work alongside a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the counters and meet daily production needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across all products, ensuring the freshest offerings are available for our customers.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience in a butchery, fishmongery, or similar food preparation role.
  • Be comfortable working with raw meats and fish, including pork, beef and more. Please note that we are not a Halal company.
  • Possess a passion for fresh food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Be able to work efficiently and as part of a team, whilst maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
