Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. As part of the Eataly London team, you'll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather.

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our bar team. As a bartender, you will make, mix, and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests who are ordering at the bar or at the restaurants. You will be assigned to one of our bars where you will do the majority of your shifts with the opportunity to support across one of our other outlets all based in our Liverpool Street store. As a Bartender, you will provide friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

Eataly London has 6 bars each with their own personality. Three of them sit within our restaurants on the first floor, each with a unique menu that perfectly complements the food available. On the ground floor, you can find our Central Bar and Piccolo Bar, alongside the outdoor Aperol Sprizzeria and the hidden Mezzanine Bar.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes or customer preferences.
  • Ensuring that drinks are accurately measured, well-mixed, and presented in appropriate glassware, paying attention to the quality and consistency of each beverage.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
  • Monitoring and managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience as a professional bartender in a cocktail bar, restaurant, or hotel.
  • A positive, friendly attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
  • Availability to work flexibly between 9am and 11.30pm as we cannot offer set shifts or days off.
  • Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English.
