Contract type: Permanent, 40 hours, shifts falling between 6am and 9pm, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays

We’re looking for an experienced Market Supervisor to join our busy grocery team. If you have a background in high‑volume retail or grocery environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent results, this role could be ideal for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily operations in the grocery department, ensuring stock is received, stored, and displayed correctly.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
  • Support with daily stock ordering and replenishment based on customer demand.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver efficient, high‑quality service.
