Eataly London is seeking a Senior Baker for our on-site open Bakery in the heart of the City. You will work in a wood-fired oven, producing breads, focaccias and sweet baked goods for our restaurants, cafés and retail.
The role requires at least 3 years in a high-volume bakery, fluent English, and availability to start shifts around 4am. This permanent, full-time position offers a 40-hour week, service charge included earnings, and favorable staff benefits across the Eataly stores.
