As part of the Eataly London team, you\’ll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather. Position: Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. Our cookery school is the beating heart of our passion for Italian cuisine, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic School Chef to lead our pasta-making and Italian cookery classes.
The Role
You’ll be the face of our cooking school, teaching guests how to master fresh pasta, pizza, desserts, and other Italian specialities. You’ll combine hands-on culinary skills with captivating storytelling, sharing the history, culture, and secrets behind Italy’s most beloved dishes. What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging cookery classes, particularly in fresh pasta making
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations confidently to large groups
- Share the stories, traditions, and cultural context of Italian cuisine
- Host pizza-making, dessert, and seasonal classes
- Collaborate with the team to develop new and exciting class ideas
- Work flexibly on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (especially busy periods leading up to Christmas)

- Deep, practical knowledge of Italian cuisine (with a strong focus on pasta)
