As a Senior Sous Chef, you will work as part of the larger back-of-house team in our premium Terra by Carlo Cracco restaurant. You will play a senior role in daily kitchen activities, preparing, cooking, and plating food items to Eataly’s high standards while overseeing other chefs. Terra by Carlo Cracco is a traditional Italian grill restaurant in collaboration with renowned Master Chef Carlo Cracco.
