As a Pizza Maker you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high-quality products. This vacancy is based in our Pizza alla Pala concept. Served on a wooden paddle, Pizza alla Pala is typical from Rome. The dough is hand-stretched on a wooden paddle before being cooked in the electric oven and then completed with the toppings.
Experience with mixing and shaping fresh dough is a key requirement for the role.

- Experience making fresh pizzas including mixing, shaping, and proofing dough.
- Experience with either wood fired oven or electric oven.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to work flexibly according to a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends.
