Contract type: Permanent, 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and occasional night shifts for planned maintenance and project work.
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our busy London store. This is not an office-based role. You'll spend the majority of your time on the shop floor carrying out repairs, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring our building, equipment and facilities remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
You'll work closely with department managers, external contractors and the Senior Retail Manager to deliver planned preventative maintenance whilst responding quickly to reactive issues. Due to the nature of the business, flexibility is essential and the role includes evenings, weekends and occasional night work.
