International Learning Administration Coordinator
This role plays a key part in making overseas learning opportunities safe, organised and successful.
Working closely with the International Contracts Performance & Development Manager, project staff and external partners, you will coordinate the administration behind international programmes such as Turing and Erasmus+. This includes updating, issuing and managing partnership agreements, organising travel and activities, checking participant documentation, supporting risk assessment processes, maintaining financial records using systems such as Excel, Xero and Soldo, and ensuring funding evidence and reports are complete and accurate.

Normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, but some flexibility to undertake overtime or change working days/times may be required at busy times.
Homebased β but must be within commutable distance of one of our centres.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6-month probationary period.
