The SEND Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Eat That Frog's SEND provision. This post provides high quality administrative and coordination support to the Inclusive Learning Manager and wider SEND team while acting as a key point of contact for Local Authorities, parents, carers, SEN caseworkers and external professionals. We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented SEND Administrator to support the smooth running of our SEND services. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting young people with SEND.
The role is based in our Paignton office, and the successful candidate must attend our centres in Plymouth, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Paignton and Torquay on a regular basis. Normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for overtime or changes in working days/times during busy periods. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6‑month probationary period. Interviews will be held in May 2026.
Essential Requirements- Literacy/Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Systems

- Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
- Knowledge of SEN Code of Practice and EHCPs
- Experience of working with SEND learners
