Eat That Frog (ETF) is a community interest company launched in 2011 with delivery centres in Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Plymouth. Our mission is to enable people to unlock or recognise their potential to contribute to the local community whilst overcoming or managing barriers in their life. Community is at the heart of everything we do, supporting people living in areas of multiple deprivation.
We are currently looking for a Post 16 Instructor to deliver Maths and English sessions. Eat That Frog are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references. Interviews will be held in May/June 2026.

Qualifications
- AET (or to be completed within first 12 months)
- Assessors Award or equivalent (or to be completed within first 12 months)
- Verifiers Award or equivalent - desirable
- Vocational Subject at a level 3 or above in Maths and/or English - essential
- Literacy/Numeracy level 2 or equivalent - essential
- First Aid at Work - desirable

- Experience in delivery of teaching and learning
- Experience of working with SEND learners
- Experience of supporting Maths & English
