Eat That Frog (ETF) is a community interest company launched in 2011 with delivery centres in Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot and Plymouth. Our mission is to enable people to unlock or recognise their potential to contribute to the local community whilst overcoming or managing barriers in their life.Community is at the heart of everything we do, supporting people living in areas of multiple deprivation.
You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning programmes to small groups and individual learners, both face-to-face and online. You will support learners to develop vocational, employability, and personal skills while working closely with families, employers, schools, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning sessions
- Supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Conducting assessments, setting targets and monitoring learner progress
- Embedding English, maths and digital skills within learning activities
- Providing pastoral support and person-centred guidance
- Developing work experience and community engagement opportunities
- Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and partner organisations
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and equality at all times
