Eat That Frog is seeking a Quality Senior Coordinator to provide independent quality assurance across employment and skills contracts. You will undertake systematic checks of participant records, activity and evidence to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and funder standards.
You will identify areas of good practice, risk and non-compliance and work with colleagues to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained, contributing to a high-quality delivery culture.
