We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our Nuneaton-based Operations team on the night shift (10pm - 6am) At PROPER SNACKS , the Operations team are the heart of our manufacturing facility, bringing our amazing products to life and getting them into the hands of our snackers. We want to be the world's leading better-for-you snacking brand, and we won't achieve this without a world-class production facility and exceptional team behind it. The Person This person will be a practical, motivational people leader, living and breathing our PROPER SNACKS values and always looking for ways to improve our operation.
