Eat Real Snacks is seeking an interim People & Culture Director to lead our people agenda during maternity leave, reporting to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

You will provide calm, values-led leadership to maintain momentum on wellbeing, performance, and compliance across about 370 staff.

You will work hands-on in a fast-growth, Challenger environment, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy, sustain our Employer Value Proposition, and uphold our culture and B Corp commitments.
