We are looking for a Commercial Executive in our London-based International team. The International team is at the forefront of driving our global growth, igniting a healthy snacking revolution and ensuring our brands reach snack aisles well beyond the UK. The Person
We’re looking for a tenacious, solutions‑driven team player. Someone who thrives at the centre of it all, connecting the dots across internal and external teams to support our international growth expansion and the #1 key market Benelux specifically. This person brings a restless energy and a strong sense of ownership, using organisational agility to keep pace in a fast-moving environment. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity while being detail‑oriented and action‑focused. He/she likes managing both internal and external stakeholders and can confidently work independently.
The Role
This role will be focused on supporting our #1 key market Benelux, playing a critical role in accelerating our bold growth ambitions in the region together with our distributor.
Responsibilities
- Build unrivalled cross‑functional relationships with distributor contacts and internally across supply chain, finance, PMO.
- Support day‑to‑day tasks including new line set‑up, invoice tracking, and promotional set‑up.
- Own Benelux forecasting, accrual and project management responsibilities.
- Support annual business planning.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Preferred but not a necessity: 1‑2 years of working experience, previous working experience in similar role in FMCG, experience working in a distributor model.
- London‑based role, preferably living in London (3 days office in a week).
- Preferred languages: Dutch and/or French.
