Eat PR & Marketing is a fast-growing, award-nominated PR and marketing agency specialising in the food, drink and hospitality sectors. We’re now looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth.

What you’ll do

As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — keeping finance, HR, compliance, and office administration running smoothly. From managing invoicing and bookkeeping to liaising with suppliers and ensuring GDPR compliance, you’ll make sure the team has everything they need to thrive.

About you

  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organised
  • Bookkeeping/finance admin experience required
  • Able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and supporting a small team
  • Positive, approachable, and discreet
  • Part-time, flexible hours (20–25 per week)
  • A supportive and passionate team environment
  • Exposure to exciting hospitality, food & drink brands
