About the Role: Ferrero is in search of a committedQuality Inspectorto join ournight shift team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production unit meets the quality standards set by Group Quality. Your responsibilities will include supervising different facets of production to ensure adherence to specified standards, as well as suggesting initiatives for ongoing enhancement. Additionally, you will play a key role in training employees to achieve quality goals and will actively oversee the production auto-control system to quickly resolve any issues that arise. Night Shift – Sunday night to Thursday night (22:00-07:00) Main Responsibilities: As Quality Inspector you will play a crucial role in upholding our high-quality standards within the production environment, you will conduct detailed internal reviews focusing on hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure consistent compliance with stringent quality benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining rigorous audit schedules, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring the thorough cleanliness of factory premises in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Be responsible for auditing key areas like allergen management, Critical Control Points (CCPs), and recipe adherence to ensure the highest level of product quality. Regular monitoring and verification of traceability records, batching, product labeling, and print accuracy will also fall under your purview to maintain data integrity. In this role, you will support the production and Quality Management teams in addressing food safety and quality concerns, assist with lab analyses, and implement necessary corrective actions. Collaborative efforts with production staff will be essential to continuously refine and uphold quality standards, ensuring that our products consistently exceed expectations. Additionally, you will manage quarantined items and play an active role in both internal and external audits. Conducting environmental swabs as part of our monitoring program and addressing quality issues promptly will be imperative to maintain the integrity and reputation of our products and processes. In essence, the Quality Inspector\’s role is integral to maintaining the integrity, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of our quality standards in the production environment. This position is key to protecting our brand\’s reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
