Full-time Kitchen Supervisor !

We are looking for someone to help lead the team and maintain the standards and quality of our Momo.

No day is the same; we're always making our delicious dumplings, whether for events, socials, teaching a Momo class, or supplying to our customers at our unique base site in London Borough Yards.

Requirements

  • Experience with Momo or other Asian dumplings
  • Prepare fresh ingredients and batches
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Team collaboration, work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline food preparation
  • Order stock on a weekly basis
  • Stock count
  • Supervise staff
  • Train new staff
  • Report to senior management
