This is an exciting opportunity to primarily support a lower KS2 teacher and pupils. You will work in close partnership with the class teacher to prepare resources, deliver engaging learning experiences, run targeted interventions with groups of children and provide social and emotional support.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of Level 2 TA qualification, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and flexible approach, and a passion for supporting pupils to succeed. You will be confident managing pupil behaviour and supporting teaching within the lower KS2 age group.
