37 hours per week 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday. £33,500.89 FTE fixed term to end of December 2026 (with potential to be extended).

Are you passionate about safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of young people? Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Safeguarding Lead, based at their Weybridge campus.

About the role:

  • Implement and monitor effective safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to students experiencing difficulties, including those with SEN
  • Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Deliver training and support to staff on safeguarding issues
