Location
Contracted to the Peterborough office with flexibility for hybrid working.
Salary
£37,000 - £42,000 FTE depending on experience.
Hours
Full time: 37.5 hours per week (consider part time minimum 30 hours).

Role Overview
You will lead the community and events team, delivering a diverse portfolio of fundraising activity that engages and inspires supporters across the UK. You will take ownership of key events, shaping participant experiences, and work closely with the head of community and events to drive income, grow participation and build long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fundraising events, ensuring successful delivery and achievement of recruitment and income targets.
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create impactful participant experiences.
- Drive income, grow participation, and build relationships with supporters.
- Provide innovative ideas to improve fundraising efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience delivering successful fundraising events.
- Track record of hitting recruitment and income targets.
- Leadership experience with a hands‑on approach.
- Ability to inspire, coach and develop others.
- Experience in community and events team environment preferred.
