Our client is a further education college supporting young people and adults to take the next steps on their career path. This role requires a commitment to education and making a difference.
About the role: The Head of Quality & Standards will act as a role model for all staff; they will demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills and have an outstanding knowledge of quality assurance and compliance. Reporting to the Vice Principal for Quality, Standards & Learner Experience, the post holder will manage and coordinate the quality assurance and enhancement processes, ensuring continuous and measurable improvement in learner outcomes, retention, and achievement rates.
To fulfil the role you will have:
- Lead on the implementation of the quality assurance strategy and continuous improvement across all provision types (Study Programmes, Apprenticeships and Adults) to ensure sustained excellence and high performance.
- Act as a champion for the highest professional standards in quality assurance and compliance across the organisation.
