About the role:

- They're searching for a Head of IT Operations & Service Delivery who can seamlessly combine deep technical expertise with strong strategic leadership.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring the technology their colleagues and customers depend on is available, secure, resilient and cost-effectiveâwhile leading two pivotal functions: Service Operations and Technical Operations.

About you:
- Proven experience leading IT Operations in complex, multiâsystem environments.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, threat detection, incident response and operational cyber maturity.
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Technical depth across infrastructure, networking and enterprise systems.
- Experience maturing and enforcing release management frameworks aligned to ITIL best practice.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies during releases and changes.
- Excellent communication, relationshipâbuilding and influencing skills at senior levels.
- A proactive, forwardâthinking approach to risk, service improvement and operational excellence.
