Are you an experienced Head of Fundraising? Do you have the expertise to lead on the development of an aspiring and robust fundraising strategy to support their future vision? You will focus on uplifting all fundraising income streams through proactive stewardship, innovation and creativity. Do you have the skills and drive to build important and purposeful relationships across all categories of engagement?

Our client is looking for a confident, engaging and driven leader who is keen to support the aims and vision of the organisation to ensure success. An inspiring and motivated manager who role models and embeds their values and standards of behaviour for those you work with both internally and externally to ensure they:

  • Steward and retain their existing donors
  • Expand the reach from Grants and Trust Foundations
  • Develop and grow relationships with major donors
  • Expand their reach with Corporate Sponsorship

Over the last 35+ years, they have helped create transformative change for LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Their campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy. You would be a key part of a small team of driven, passionate people who are working together to deliver meaningful and tangible progress for LGBTQ+ people.

For this role, they are looking for a strong leader to take them to the next level in fundraising. Someone who demonstrates a clear understanding of the value of great stewardship and relationship building. Someone who can make an impact and engage in the communication of their vision and purpose.
